Asia Plus publish a weekly newspaper in Russian in addition to their two English e-mail publications. The newspaper is available from news-stands across Dushanbe.
The Times of Central Asia publish a weekly newspaper which is available from the Gastronom shop near the Opera House in Dushanbe.
Alternatively, you can subscribe and have it sent to you by post.
The Dushanbe local newspaper Tojikiston is published fortnightly, with articles in Russian, Tajik and usually a page or two in English. It has to be said that the translations are pretty poor but at less than $0.10 per issue at least it won't leave you out of pocket.
